CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental overspending. However, we can issue you with a credit note to use at a later date.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Yes we will happily provide exchanges, provided:
You send the items back to us within 14 days of purchase, and the items are in new condition, unworn and can be resold with the tags still attached.
If your item is faulty and you provide photos to us, we can either refund or replace the item for you.
All exchanges will be issued in the form of a credit note, less postage costs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
In stock items are usually sent within 2 business days of placing your order, however during sales etc this time can take up to 5 business days.
ORDERS WITH TURNAROUND TIMES (NOT IN STOCK ITEMS)
Please note that all turnaround times are approximate only and do not take into consideration holiday periods, and production delays.
Orders that contain both in stock and not in stock items will be shipped together once all item/s have arrived.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA?
- Tracked Post – $7.50 for orders under $50
- Tracked Post - $5 for orders over $50
- FREE Tracked Post for orders over $100
- Express Tracked Post - $11 Flat Rate
All orders are sent via Sendle (If your parcel is eligible to be sent with Sendle, they have authority to leave it at your door in a safe place as this is what is required) or Australia Post and are dispatched within 5 business days from WA 6107. Delivery generally takes 3-10 days within Australia.
We will not be held responsible for lost mail, incorrect address entered at checkout or delayed mail as all of this is out of our control.
